Welcome to iykyk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iykyk website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service") operated by iykyk brands, inc. ("iykyk," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation.

iykyk provides you with a personal page at a URL of your choosing (e.g., iykyk.com/yourname). You are solely responsible for all content you post on your page, including text, images, links, and other materials ("Your Content").

You retain ownership of Your Content. By posting content to the Service, you grant iykyk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of iykyk brands, inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your page will no longer be publicly accessible.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IYKYK BRANDS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
